
Lei Qinxiang, She nationality, born in August 1965, bachelor degree, senior engineer, joined Shuangliang in 1998, is the chief engineer of Shuangliang Boiler Company. He had successfully undertaken and hosted the development of a new series of more than 100 specifications of boilers, such as full automatic coke oven crude gas steam boilers and holistic water tube boilers. Among them, the small-evaporation medium-temperature medium-pressure three-drum assembly boiler was the supporting equipment for the methanol engineering in China, which solved the problems of large workload and difficult assembly on site. Through the analysis and research on the horizontal gas boiler, the structural improvement and innovation had been carried out, and the horizontal condensing boiler was then developed, which had contributed to the establishment of the first brand of Shuangliang Boiler in the industry. In addition, a number of new products have filled the gaps of boiler products within the provinces, which were listed as the national key new products, high-tech products of Jiangsu Province and provincial science and technology projects. Lei Qinxiang has won 12 scientific and technological progress awards in Wuxi City and Jiangyin City, and obtained 31 national patents, including 10 invention patents, which enabled the company to gain the title of Jiangsu High-tech Enterprise in 2008 again. Lei Qinxiang had been awarded the title of introduced expert of Jiangyin City and the outstanding scientific and technological talents of Ligang Town. In 2007, he was hired as a consultancy expert of Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province.
Due to the influence of the company in the field of fuel oil and gas fired boilers, the company has undertaken the work of the secretary unit of the clean fuel boiler working group of Boiler Technical Committee of China Standardization Committee on Boilers and Pressure Vessels, Lei Qinxiang was appointed as the team leader, and he had participated in the revision of GB/T16508 “Strength Calculation of Pressured Components of Shell Boilers” and the formulation of the “Supervision Regulations on Energy Saving Technology for Boilers”.
